INSPIRATION BOARD: Marilyn Monroe Mural

They say a picture us worth a thousand words. Well then how about a picture that was fashioned by arranging a thousand little unit pieces by hand! 
How awesome would it be to treat yourself to a relaxing bath after a long day surrounded by brilliant art! At MEC we strive to bring you unique handcrafted mosaic masterpieces to your interiors. Just like this client’s master bath. She shared with us that she envisioned a red and blue theme and would like an artsy piece featuring Marilyn Monroe. Our team of designers brainstormed and put their best ideas together to create this stunning stencil-pop-art style mosaic piece. More than 20 different colored glass mosaic tiles were used in the making of this seemingly simple portrait. Glass mosaic material is highly recommended for moist and wet environments like pools, back-splashes and shower areas.  Naturally, the customer was delighted with the finished project.
