THE TILE FILES: Venice Murano Glass Mural

 

A trip to Italy is what inspired us to start a mosaic workshop in the first place, so from time to time, our designers and artisans decide to pay homage to Italia, the culture, its people and beautiful places. This time, it was a mesmerizing view from Queen of the Adriatic.


Behold! The enchanting view of the Grand Canal was recreated in glass mosaic medium.

To make this majestic Venice mural, each tile was cut and placed manually. Notice how the details depict finesse and expert craftsmanship.
