INSPIRATION BOARD: Morrocan Jade Glass Tile Art

Since we received great feedback from our amazing readers (i.e. your guys!) on the previous inspiration boards, we bring you another set from our archives.

Aryn is one of the most popular backsplash tile designs from the Marrakech Jade Glass collection we launched in 2018. The inspiration behind this Moroccan-slash-Arabesque range is traditional zillige  art, that involves separately hand chiseled tiles. Marrakech combines you the Moroccan aesthetic of rich color contrasts and intricacy of Arab geometric patterns with contemporary waterjet technology.

The collection uses exclusive Jade Glass stained glass medium, previously debuted in MEC's Lavandé catalog. Jade Glass is an ode to Tiffany Glass, specially developed to have a similar look and feel to it but more suited to modern day design needs.
